Who we serve

Resources families borrow again and again — and programs that fill storytime.

Circulation-ready kits, program ideas for storytime and family literacy nights, and the cataloging data your technical services team will ask for.

Children’s and youth services, collection development, program coordinators.

The challenge we help with

Resources that survive circulation

Boxed card games and board-style picture books that come back in one piece, with a contents list on the lid so the desk can check them in.

Programs that fill the room

Each kit comes with a one-page program idea: a phonics game hour, a feelings-vocabulary storytime, a movement break for the program room.

Data for the catalog

ISBNs, publisher data and a MARC record where one exists. We confirm cataloging details with every quote.

How it works for you

Circulation kits

A complete game or bundle, packed to circulate as one item. Tell us how many branches and we will quote by kit.

Picture books

Standard editions for the collection. Personalized editions are a family program, not a library format, and we will say so.

Programming support

Program outlines for storytime, family literacy nights and summer reading. Free to any partner library.

Ordering and procurement

Purchase orders, net-30, tax-exempt.

We invoice institutions on net-30 terms, accept tax-exempt certificates, provide a W-9 (US) or business number (Canada) on request, and register as a vendor where you need us to.

Questions we are asked

Can we get MARC records?

Where the publisher provides them, yes. Where not, we supply the bibliographic data your cataloger needs and will help source a record.

Are the eBooks available on library platforms?

Not yet. Library eBook licensing (OverDrive / Libby, hoopla) is being explored with the publisher; retail eBook terms do not transfer to libraries, so we will not pretend they do.

Do you offer replacement cards?

Ask. For circulating decks we will do our best to supply replacements for lost cards through the publisher.

How do we order?

By purchase order. We invoice on net-30 terms and can register as a vendor in your system. See Procurement.

Bring CLNA to your library.

We send review samples to institutions, and we quote by purchase order. Tell us what you are working on.
