Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026.
CLNA LLC (“CLNA”, “we”) operates clna.us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because there is not much to say: this site has no accounts, no cart and no advertising.
What we collect
- Forms. When you request samples, a quote, a meeting, a free resource or a distributor conversation, we collect what you type: name, work email, organization, role, state or province, shipping address where relevant, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time.
- Newsletter. Your email address, if you sign up.
- Server logs. Our web server records requests (IP address, page, browser type, time) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to build profiles.
We do not use advertising trackers, social-media pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for the font files.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request and, where you ask, to ship samples or send a quote.
- To send the educator newsletter if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us run the site and deliver what you asked for (for example, email delivery and shipping), under instructions to use it only for that.
Children
This site is for institutions and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (US) or under the age of consent in Canada. Product pages never ask for a child’s name.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and for our business records, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@clna.us. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado and other US states with privacy laws, and residents of Canada under PIPEDA and provincial law, have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on servers we control, with access limited to the people who need it to answer you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page.
